About Bedros Margosian
Bedros Margosian was born in Armenia and when he was14 years old the atrocities of the Armenian Genocide began. Through his intelligence, wit, and a measure of sheer luck, he survived and ultimately joined the French Armenian Legion as a mercenary. Later, he made his way to the US, graduated from Boston University, and went on to join the US Army in World War II, serving in the OSS, the precursor to the CIA. After the war he was offered a position in the Pentagon. The rough manuscript for what would become Zaven’s Destiny remained unpfinished until his daughter, Elizabeth, took on the project of completing it.
Bedros Margosian was a true hero.
